Joachim Eilers

Joachim has been HR & Finance Manager at the World Future Council since February 2026. In this role, he combines strong expertise in finance and controlling with a keen interest in how sound structures, reliable processes and effective collaboration can help organisations create lasting impact.

He brings experience from growth-oriented companies, start-ups and the cultural sector. Joachim spent four years in controlling roles across several theatres, an environment shaped by public funding, creative processes and shared responsibility. Before that, he supported the development of young companies and helped build their financial and organisational structures.

These different experiences have shaped his pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. He is particularly interested in developing HR and finance structures that provide clarity and stability while giving teams the space to focus on their core work.
