Elly Oldenbourg
As a business manager, most recently with Google for many years, consultant, author, speaker and university lecturer at the renowned Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Elly Oldenbourg is a public voice and change agent for topics such as the future of work, diversity, equal opportunities, and questioning our economic norms. As a Gen Y with a multicultural background, she inspires and influences both individuals and companies in her various roles and social media presence. As the host of her long-standing philosophical salon in Hamburg, she discusses these topics with experts from philosophy, psychology, sociology and economics; previous guests have included Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel, Düzen Tekkal, Dr. Christoph Quarch, Kübra Gümüsay, Jörg Bernardy and Alexandra Wandel. Elly is also a jury member of the German Demographics Prize and volunteers for the investor network encourageventures and the educational initiative #GermanDream.
She is a member of the Supervisory Board.
