As a corporate manager, most recently for many years at Google, consultant, author, TEDx speaker and university guest lecturer at the renowned KIT, Elly Oldenbourg is a public voice and change agent for topics like the future of work, diversity, equity and inclusion or challenging our economic norms. The Gen Y with excessive multicultural background with roots in Greece, Germany, Russia and ties to the US, Brazil and the UK, throughout her various roles and social media presence, she inspires individuals and companies to foster change in the way we work, we live and how we use our time to create sustainable value. As the host of her year-long philosophical salon in Hamburg, she addresses these issues with experts from philosophy, psychology, sociology or economy such as Prof. Dr. Maja Göpel, Düzen Tekkal, Dr. Christoph Quarch, Kübra Gümüsay, Jörg Bernardy or Alexandra Wandel. Elly is also a Jury member of the Deutscher Demografie Preis, as well as a volunteer at the female investor network encourageventures and the education initiative
