Bundesumweltministerin Svenja Schulze hat am 7. und 8. Juli 2021 das Berliner Forum für Chemikalien und Nachhaltigkeit veranstaltet. Auf dieser virtuellen Konferenz diskutierten Vertreterinnen und Vertreter von Regierungen, internationalen Organisationen, Unternehmen und Zivilgesellschaft über die Gestaltung der Zukunft der globalen Chemikalien- und Abfallwirtschaft, um die Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, die sich aus der schnell wachsenden Produktion und Verwendung von Chemikalien und den damit verbundenen Risiken für die menschliche Gesundheit und die Umwelt ergeben.

Berlin Forum on Chemicals and Sustainability

Federal Environment Minister Svenja Schulze hold the Berlin Forum on Chemicals and Sustainability on 7 and 8 July 2021. At this virtual conference, representatives from governments, international organisations, businesses and civil society groups talked about structuring the future of global chemicals and waste management to cope with the challenges posed by rapidly growing production and use of chemicals and the associated risks for human health and the environment.
