Daniel Charro

Volunteer – Climate and Energy

Daniel joined the World Future Council in October 2020 as a volunteer and policy analyst at the Climate and Energy Team. Since then, he has worked on projects related to food-energy nexus, climate diplomacy, just and resilient recovery, and climate finance along with his team.

Before joining the World Future Council, Daniel studied at the Brandenburg University of Technology in Germany and obtained his bachelor’s degree in environmental and resource management. In addition, he participated in an exchange semester at the Incheon Nation University, South Korea. In 2020 he completed his master’s degree in Global Energy Transition and Governance from the Centre International de Formation Europeénne, in France.

Daniel has worked on international institutions and is co-author of papers related to fields such as energy efficiency, sustainable development, circular economy, and urban-rural development.
