Zur gleichen Zeit steht die Welt auch vor einem neuen Aufbruch. W\u00e4hrend Millionen von Menschen weltweit, insbesondere junge Menschen, mit Arbeitslosigkeit und den Herausforderungen eines sich ver\u00e4ndernden Arbeitsmarktes konfrontiert sind, bietet die gegenw\u00e4rtige globale Situation Regierungen und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, positive Ver\u00e4nderungen herbeizuf\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union zielt das neue Arbeitsprogramm der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission darauf ab, die bestehende <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youth Guarantee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Jugendbesch\u00e4ftigungsgarantie) zu st\u00e4rken, also die Verpflichtung der Mitgliedstaaten, Besch\u00e4ftigung, Weiterbildung und Schulung f\u00fcr alle europ\u00e4ischen B\u00fcrger unter 25 Jahren zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zu diesem Zweck hat die Kommission die Zivilgesellschaft zur Teilnahme an einem strategischen Dialog zu diesem Thema eingeladen. Die <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youth Guarantee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wird als wichtiger Bestandteil zur Realisierung der Ziele des <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green Deals<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gesehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Antwort darauf schlug der Weltzukunftsrat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.euki.de\/euki-projects\/yesclima\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YESclima<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (im Rahmen der Europ\u00e4ischen Klimainitiative &#8220;EUKI&#8221;) und dem vom <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmbf.de\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BMBF<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gef\u00f6rderten Projekt <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/graeducation.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GR\u00c6DUCATION<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vor, bei der St\u00e4rkung der <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youth Guarantee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> einen ausgepr\u00e4gten Fokus auf nachhaltige und umweltsch\u00fctzende Berufe im Hinblick auf den europ\u00e4ischen <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green Deal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zu legen. Auf diese Weise w\u00fcrde die <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youth Guarantee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es jungen Menschen erm\u00f6glichen, Berufserfahrung zu sammeln und F\u00e4higkeiten zu entwickeln, die sowohl f\u00fcr einen gr\u00fcnen und digitalen Umstieg, als auch f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung ihrer Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4higkeit in der gr\u00fcnen Wirtschaft besonders relevant sind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dieses Ziel kann mit der <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Youth Guarantee<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> erreicht werden, zum Beispiel:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">durch die Verbesserung der Berufsausbildung, die eng mit der Berufspraxis verbunden sein sollte;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">durch die Vermittlung von &#8220;Green Skills&#8221; und relevanten Soft Skills;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">durch die Schaffung und Unterst\u00fctzung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen und Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit erneuerbaren Energien, Kreislaufwirtschaft und nachhaltiger Entwicklung; und<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indem sie f\u00fcr eine qualitativ hochwertige Bildung und \u201aBildung f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung\u2018 sorgen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mit diesem Vorschlag hob der World Future Council auch die beispielhafte Leistung von Wales und Schottland hervor, deren Politik zur Jugendbesch\u00e4ftigung bei dem <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future Policy Award 2019<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldfuturecouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/fpa-brochure-2019-youth_english_v07_web.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in die engere Wahl gezogen<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und teilweise <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldfuturecouncil.org\/de\/pr-fpa2019-gewinner\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ausgezeichnet<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wurden. Der Schwerpunkt des <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future Policy Award 2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lag darauf, junge Menschen zu bef\u00e4higen, in menschenw\u00fcrdige, zukunftsf\u00fchrende und \u201egr\u00fcne\u201c Jobs einzusteigen, und insbesondere auf der Erschaffung gr\u00fcner Arbeitspl\u00e4tze f\u00fcr eine gr\u00fcne, entkarbonisierte Umgestaltung der Volkswirtschaften, sowie auf der b\u00fcrgerlichen und politischen Beteiligung f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung und Frieden.
