Das anhaltende Wirtschaftswachstum der letzten Jahre erh\u00f6ht ebenfalls den Energiebedarf des Landes, wodurch die bestehende Energieinfrastruktur belastet wird. Die Energieversorgung zu erschwinglichen Preisen sicherzustellen wird damit unausweichlich zu einer gro\u00dfen Herausforderung.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein auf Erneuerbare Energien basiertes, dezentrales Energiesystem stellt eine gro\u00dfe Chance f\u00fcr das s\u00fcdasiatische Land dar um sowohl den wachsenden Energiebedarf der Privatwirtschaft wie auch die Lebensgrundlagen f\u00fcr die Bev\u00f6lkerung nachhaltig zu verbessern und den Zugang zu bezahlbarer, nachhaltiger Energie zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00dcber 5 Millionen Solar Home Systems (SHS) wurden bereits installiert und versorgen rund 11% der Bev\u00f6lkerung mit Zugang zu Strom. Rund 1,14 Millionen Tonnen Kerosin, im Wert von mehr als 400 Million USD, konnten durch die solaren Kleinanlagen eingespart werden. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-k027p29e-7f441082477938c53079e8a2dd003550\">\n.avia-image-container.av-k027p29e-7f441082477938c53079e8a2dd003550 img.avia_image{\nbox-shadow:none;\n}\n.avia-image-container.av-k027p29e-7f441082477938c53079e8a2dd003550 .av-image-caption-overlay-center{\ncolor:#ffffff;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='avia-image-container av-k027p29e-7f441082477938c53079e8a2dd003550 av-styling- avia-align-center  avia-builder-el-5  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock '   itemprop=\"image\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\" ><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\" class='wp-image-30684 avia-img-lazy-loading-not-30684 avia_image ' src=\"https:\/\/www.worldfuturecouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/DSC00916-495x400.jpg\" alt='' title='100% RE for Bangladesh'  height=\"400\" width=\"495\"  itemprop=\"thumbnailUrl\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.worldfuturecouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/DSC00916-495x400.jpg 495w, https:\/\/www.worldfuturecouncil.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/DSC00916-845x684.jpg 845w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jzwjn4he-ca3a71767f1eb081ddb3479a35adedb9 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um das wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Potenzial erneuerbarer Energien voll auszusch\u00f6pfen, hat die Stiftung World Future Council, zusammen mit der bangladeschischen Partnerorganisation\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdpbd.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coastal Development Partnership<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> und der deutschen Entwicklungsorganisationen Brot f\u00fcr die Welt, das Projekt \u201c100% erneuerbare Energien f\u00fcr Bangladesch &#8211; Zugang zu erneuerbarer Energie f\u00fcr alle\u201d\u00a0 2018 ins Leben gerufen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneearth.org\/projects\/university-of-technology-sydney-one-earth-climate-model\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OneEarth Climate Model<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to Bangladesh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ziel war es, zuk\u00fcnftige Energieszenarien f\u00fcr Bangladesch zu entwickeln, die auf einer umfassenden Kartierung der erneuerbaren Energiepotenziale im Land basieren. Um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Sektor an dem Vorhaben beteiligt war und die Stimmen jeder Gruppe Geh\u00f6r fanden, wurde eine Multi-Akteurs-Partnerschaft aufgesetzt, welche die Partizipation garantierte. Im Zuge dieser MAP wurden notwendige Daten gesammelt und ausgewertet, und Annahmen des Szenarien mit Vertretern der Regierung, des Parlaments, zivilgesellschaftlicher Organisationen, Entwicklungspartnern aus Geberl\u00e4ndern sowie Forschung diskutiert. Durch diesen inklusiven Beteiligungsansatz wurde ein st\u00e4rkeres Zugeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl f\u00fcr das Ergebnis des Prozesses entwickelt und damit seine nachhaltige Wirkung des Projektes gest\u00e4rkt. Hierdurch konnte die Schnittstelle zwischen Politik und Forschung gest\u00e4rkt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der technische Studie wurde vom Institute f\u00fcr Nachhaltige Zukunft (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uts.edu.au\/research-and-teaching\/our-research\/institute-sustainable-futures\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Institute of Sustainable Futures, ISF<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) der technischen Universit\u00e4t Sydneys erstellt, indem das <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oneearth.org\/projects\/university-of-technology-sydney-one-earth-climate-model\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OneEarth Climate Model<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> auf Bangladesch angewandt wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jzwjn4he-ca3a71767f1eb081ddb3479a35adedb9 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ergebnisse<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Studie des ISF werden zwei m\u00f6gliche Erneuerbare Energien-Szenarien mit einem Basisszenario verglichen. Dabei ist eines der beiden EE-Szenarien wesentlich ambitionierter und dekarbonisiert einen Gro\u00dfteil des bangladeschischen Industrie- sowie Transportsektors. Da die Bev\u00f6lkerungsdichte in Bangladesch weit \u00fcber dem europ\u00e4ischen Durchschnitts liegt, wurde darauf geachtet, dass EE nicht mit anderen Landnutzungen wie etwa Agrarwirtschaft, Naturschutz, oder Wohngebiete konkurriert, damit sowohl die Energieproduktion wie auch die Nahrungsproduktion in Bangladesch nachhaltig gew\u00e4hrleistet werden kann.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neben der Erkenntnis, dass eine Wende zu 100% Erneuerbarer Energie einen ausreichenden Zugang f\u00fcr alle in Bangladesh lebende Menschen zu den geringstm\u00f6glichen Kosten gew\u00e4hrleisten kann, zeigt die Studie ebenfalls, das Bangladesch seine Emissionen drastisch senken und somit zur S\u00e4uberung der Luft insbesondere in St\u00e4dten wie Dhaka, beitragen kann. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen Erneuerbare die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung sowie den Elektrifizierungsprozess des Landes unterst\u00fctzen, sofern eine umfassende Strategie unter Einbeziehung von Hitzeerzeugung, Mobilit\u00e4t und Elektrizit\u00e4t entwickelt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" Da Bangladesch zu den dicht besiedelten L\u00e4ndern der Welt geh\u00f6rt wurden insbesondere schwimmende Technologieoptionen (wie etwa schwimmende Solarinstallationen sowie schwimmende Windr\u00e4der) hervorgehoben, welche zu Wasser gebaut werden k\u00f6nnen und den ohnehin knappen Platz nicht weiter einschr\u00e4nken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine Studientour zu den K\u00fcstenregionen von Chittagong Anfang 2019 zeigte den Einfluss des Klimawandels auf die Erosionen der K\u00fcstengebiete und Flussufer, aufgrund dessen Einwohner dieser Regionen\u00a0 mit regelm\u00e4\u00dfigem Landverlust umgesiedelt werden m\u00fcssen. Durch die Nutzung des Potenzials von tragbaren, dezentralisierten Energiesystemen und elektrischen Kochherden k\u00f6nnte sich an solche extremen Bedingungen besser angepasst werden. Nur durch Kooperation kann das Potenzial von EE entfacht und zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung und zur Umsetzung des Pariser Abkommens beitragen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dazu fand im Juni 2019 ein Treffen im Deutschen Bundestag zwischen 25 deutschen Parlamentariern und Experten statt, bei dem erste Erfahrungen aus Bangladesch ausgetauscht und die ersten Ergebnisse der unseres Projektes vorgestellt. Die M\u00f6glichkeiten der internationalen Kooperation zur Umsetzung der Energiewende im Globalen S\u00fcden und die Verantwortung von Geberl\u00e4ndern wie etwa Deutschland wurden mit den Teilnehmern diskutiert. Bangladesch ist ein wichtiges Mitglied des Climate Vulnerable Forum. WFC Ratsmitglied Dipal Barua verdeutlichte die wichtige Rolle von 100%EE f\u00fcr die k\u00fcnftige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Bangladeschs, durch decken des ansteigenden Energiebedarfs.
