Steigen wir aber so schnell aus der bestehenden fossilen Infrastruktur aus wie es zur Einhaltung des 1,5\u00b0C Ziels n\u00f6tig ist, entwerten wir gigantische Verm\u00f6genswerte in einem Tempo, das ebenfalls zu systemischen Risiken in der \u00d6konomie f\u00fchrt. Gibt es einen Ausweg aus dieser anscheinend unaufl\u00f6slichen Situation?<\/p>\n<p>Es wird ein neues Finanzinstrument ben\u00f6tigt, das den Energieunternehmen erm\u00f6glicht ihre faktisch \u201agestrandeten\u2018 fossilen Verm\u00f6genswerte in Verm\u00f6genswerte zu konvertieren, die aus 100 Prozent erneuerbaren Energien (EE) bestehen.
