Denn die Art, wie wir unsere Nahrung produzieren und konsumieren, hat enorme Folgen. Aufgrund von hohem Pestizid-, D\u00fcngemittel- und Energieeinsatz verbrauchen unsere Landwirtschaft- und Ern\u00e4hrungssysteme zu viele Ressourcen, belasten so das Klima und zerst\u00f6ren unsere B\u00f6den, Wasserressourcen und Biodiversit\u00e4t. Die Gewinner zeigen, dass mittels richtiger Politik eine Wende hin zu nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft und Ern\u00e4hrung m\u00f6glich ist; eine Wende, die sicherstellt, dass es gesunde Nahrung f\u00fcr alle geben wird, dass soziale und \u00f6konomische Ungleichheiten \u00fcberwunden und unsere Umwelt, Klima und Biodiversit\u00e4t gesch\u00fctzt werden. Die festliche Preisverleihung fand am 15. Derzeit\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">f\u00fchren wir von Mai 2022 bis April 2023 das Projekt \u201cScaling up Agroecology in the Himalayas\u201d in Partnerschaft mit IFOAM \u2013 Organics International durch, bei welchem Goldgewinner Sikkim, andere indische Bundesstaaten, dazu Nepal und Bhutan sich austauschen wie man Agrar\u00f6kologie und regenerative Lebensmittelsysteme besser ausbauen der erste 100%-\u00d6kolandbau-Staat der Welt. Sein gesamtes Anbauland von 75.000 Hektar wird bio-zertifiziert bewirtschaftet. Bemerkenswert ist insbesondere das schrittweise Verbot von chemischen D\u00fcngemitteln und Pestiziden, mit Unterst\u00fctzung und Anreizen, um so nachhaltige Alternativen zu schaffen. Von der Umstellung auf 100% Bio haben \u00fcber 66000 Bauernfamilien profitiert. Sikkims Ansatz geht jedoch weit \u00fcber blo\u00dfe \u00d6ko-Produktion hinaus und hat Land und Menschen nachhaltig ver\u00e4ndert. Sozio-\u00f6konomische Aspekte wie Konsum und Wachstum, kulturelle Elemente sowie Gesundheit, Bildung, l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung und nachhaltiger Tourismus spielen in dem Gesetz eine zentrale Rolle. Dank der Politik ist der Tourismussektor beispielsweise stark expandiert und zwischen 2014 und 2017 um 50% gewachsen.<\/p>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap Dank der hohen Nachfrage hat der Aktionsplan auch sein angestrebtes Ziel erreicht, die Anbaufl\u00e4chen unter \u00f6kologischer Landwirtschaft mehr als zu verdoppeln. Zudem motivierte der Aktionsplan unter anderem Gemeinden, die nationale Zielvorgabe von 60 Prozent Bio f\u00fcr alle \u00f6ffentlichen Kantinen zu erreichen.
