Verena Seitz, Online Editor
Verena graduated from the College of Europe in Warsaw in Interdisciplinary European Studies, after earning a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Magdeburg. A main focus of her studies was the integration of Central European countries into the EU and relations with the EU’s eastern neighbours. In addition, Verena has a special interest in issues related to social justice, integration of minorities and human rights.
During her studies, she undertook an internship with the German Foreign Office in Berlin and the EU department of Saxony-Anhalt’s representatives to the federal state. Before studying, Verena gained work experience in a publishing house and in the City of Ludwigsburg’s “integration office“ for immigrants.
Verena joined the World Future Council in July 2008 as an intern in the fundraising and media department and has been working as an Online Editor for the WFC since February 2009.
