Scharonna Kröner, Intern Media and Events

Scharonna Kröner joined the WFC in January 2010. She supports the media and communications team at the Hamburg head office. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in British and American Studies at the University of Constance in April 2008, Scharonna gained first experiences in Public Relations while working as an intern at the Linen Hall Library in Belfast. During her five-month internship she also assisted in organising the cultural programme of the library.

Before joining our team in Hamburg, Scharonna completed her Master’s degree in European Political Studies. During the course of her studies, she attended the University of Bath, the Carlos III de Madrid and the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, studying in the respective national language. Additionally, she worked as research assistant at the University of Bath.

While working with the World Future Council, Scharonna would like to extend her communication and organisational skills and get an insight into the foundation’s daily work.
