Duties
The Board of Trustees of the World Future Council advises, supports and supervises the Board of Directors within the framework of the statutory provisions governing the Foundation. It tasks shall include, but not be limited to:
- recommendations for managing the Foundation's assets
- approval of the budget, the annual financial statements and the report on operations
- approval of the work of the Board of Directors
- appointment of members of the Board of Directors
- dismissal of members of the Board of Directors reasons prevail. Reasons shall include, but not be limited to: gross breach of obligations, inability to conduct business properly or withdrawal of trust by the Board of Trustees unless such trust was obviously withdrawn for improper reasons
